Leadership will be named when confirmed. Beyond it, we open a seat when the work in front of it is bigger than the person holding it, and not before. This page tells you where that work sits and how to put your name against it.

Where the work sits Open application

No list of openings. Here is why.

Azita is pre-seed. Leadership will be published on the team page when confirmed. Below that line, hiring follows the work: an estate agreement signed, a cohort of mills ordered, a room graded. Each of those creates a seat at the moment it lands, not a quarter before.

So we publish no vacancy we cannot fill today. What we publish instead is the six places the work sits. If one of them is the thing you do, write, and you will get a straight answer: there is a seat now, there will be one when a named thing lands, or there is not one and here is why.

Every open application is read by a person, and answered either way. We keep the ones we cannot act on yet, with your permission, and we come back to them first when a seat opens.

We write down what we measured and label what we modelled. That is the register we publish, and it is also how we talk to each other.

Every room graded, every configuration swept and every token metered goes on the record. The next room is predicted before it is walked.

Nothing the host would not sign.

If it would embarrass us in an estate owner's boardroom or an inspector's office, we do not do it. The building gets paid; the contract makes trust unnecessary.

Compensation is discussed in the first conversation and put in writing before the work sample. We do not list figures on this page; you will have them before you do any work for us.

The work

The supply side is buildings that already carry power, fibre and spare capacity. This work runs from a first conversation with an estate owner to a signed master agreement, and from a walked room to a graded one. It is a survey, a sanction letter, a panel, a lawyer and a landlord, usually in the same week.

What tends to fit

Commercial real estate, facilities, or a utility's commercial connections desk.
You can read a bill and a sanction letter and say what the building is not using.
You have negotiated with estate owners and their lawyers and kept the relationship afterwards.
You are at ease in a meter room and a boardroom on the same afternoon.

Mill engineering

The mill as a product a licensed contractor can install.

The work

An Azita Token Mill is a ten-kilowatt factory in a room that is already on: 415 V three-phase, twenty amps a phase, off the board that already feeds the floor, with no new connection. Filtered air, zero water, no structural work and no plant room. This work is the electrical and thermal envelope, the enclosure, the safety stack and the supply chain behind them, so that a site is assembly rather than a project.

What tends to fit

You have commissioned equipment on a live building's own circuits, and know wiring practice as something you have done rather than read.
Power electronics, telecom shelter, DC plant or industrial enclosure background, designing for air cooling at real ambient temperatures.
You have run a bill of materials and a vendor list through lead times and customs.
You write test reports a stranger can act on.

The design engine

RackQuilt: scan, twin, sweep, ship.

The work

RackQuilt takes one record of a room, sweeps 340,200 configurations in about fifteen seconds, and refuses most rooms, naming the constraint that killed them; that refusal ledger is the asset. Assisted today, and instrumented at every installation. The work is geometry, constraint solving and the library that compounds with every room graded. It is internal IP and it is never licensed.

What tends to fit

Production systems other people depend on, in TypeScript or Python, with the tests to prove it.
Geometry, CAD or simulation on one side, or constraint and search on the other.
You write down what the system measured and what it assumed.
You have worked next to hardware, or want to.

The meter and the record

Measure the work an installation does, and keep the record readable.

The work

AzExchange is Azita's metering layer. It measures the work an installation does and supports optional surplus sales, so a customer's own use and any sale rest on a measured record. The work is metering, usage records and billing, at the point where an agreement becomes a record.

What tends to fit

Distributed systems, low latency serving, or billing and metering at volume.
You have run something with real money and real quotas flowing through it.
You are comfortable being the layer everyone else depends on.
You would rather measure than estimate, and you say which one you did.

The work

No third-party scheme certifies a mill inside somebody else's building, so nothing is inherited. This work is the regime map, the evidence behind every line of it, and the filed report and the inspector's sign-off for each site. It also answers the questions a hospital's or a bank's compliance head asks before anything is signed.

What tends to fit

Electrical safety, fire, or information-security compliance experience; you have filed with an inspector's office, not only prepared the file.
You know the difference between a regime, a standard and a scheme, and you say which one applies.
You can write a checklist a contractor will follow and an auditor will accept.
The phrase 'there is no scheme for this' reads to you as the job description, not a warning.

Demand

Demand comes before supply here. The promise we make to a buyer is sovereignty first, then a fair comparison: the buyer compares quality and total cost on a representative job before anything is signed. This work is the buyer conversation, the workload evaluation and the agreement behind it.

What tends to fit

You have sold something technical to a buyer who had to justify it internally.
You can run an evaluation on a customer's own workload and report the result straight, including when it is not flattering.
You are comfortable with a promise that will be audited rather than a benchmark that will not.
You have worked with regulated buyers, or want to.
