Estates
Bring a building portfolio into one conversation. We assess the rooms and available capacity, establish the site requirements, and discuss the suitable rooms with you.
The offer
An estate can begin with rooms and electrical capacity that already exist. We can discuss the portfolio together, while each room is assessed for the power, cooling, access and operating conditions needed to support a rack.
An existing connection is the starting point for review, not a blanket exemption. The assessment establishes whether electrical or cooling work is needed and which approvals, inspections and filings apply. Installation follows the agreed design and the required site approvals.
Why estates
The missing input is rarely the building or the power. It is the work that turns a room into a running rack.
The hard part is designing an installation for a room nobody designed for racks, doing it again in the next room, and then operating and metering what runs there. None of that is adjacent to owning property.
That is why an estate owner and Azita can work together: you bring the portfolio, and Azita designs, installs, commissions, operates and meters. Everything else is confirmed in your agreement.
Who it is for
These are shapes, not a customer list. Azita names no customer and shows no logo anywhere on this site, and it will not start on this page.
A national operator holds many exchange buildings, each with a connection sized for equipment that has been shrinking for years, fibre already terminated, and a security regime already in place. Copper retirement empties the floor and leaves the power behind.
A portfolio landlord already meters and maintains every building. The riser rooms, the old server rooms and the plant floors carry sanctioned load that no tenant is drawing, and it is paid for whether or not it moves.
A campus or an industrial park owns its own distribution and its own perimeter. The headroom can be real, the fibre is often in the ground, and there is one counterparty to talk to rather than many.
A chain runs the same back room in the same layout in many locations. A design worked out once can be assessed again room by room, which is the argument for discussing an estate rather than a single site.
What we discuss
The general shape of the hosting terms is on the hosting terms page, and the responsibilities for a single property are on the owners page. The compliance position is on the trust page.
What happens next
We take your building list and review it: connection, spare sanctioned load, fibre, risers, airflow and security. Desk review first, then visits to the rooms that look suitable.
We go through the assessed rooms with you. Responsibilities, payments, electricity and exit are confirmed in your agreement.
Suitable rooms can be taken forward together, with the installation sequence and commissioning agreed. The site review determines the delivery plan for the actual estate.
Required site works, approvals and inspections affect the overall schedule, which is established for the actual estate.
Estate discussion
How many properties there are and where they are is enough to start. We review the portfolio and come back with the rooms worth visiting, and discuss how the estate could be taken forward.
Asking about one building? The owners page has the single-property enquiry. If it is easier, write to hello@azitalabs.com.
Tell us about the portfolio. We’ll discuss how an assessment across several properties could work.
