Silicon is what we have. The scarce skills in this company are property, power, the regime and the envelope, so the seats below are written as the work they hold rather than the people who will hold them. Each one maps to an area on the careers page.

How a seat gets filled.
We open a seat when the work in front of it is bigger than the person holding it, and not before. The careers page says where the work sits, how we hire, and how an open application is read. If one of the four seats above is the thing you do, that is the place to say so.
