Tell us about the site.
A building, an estate or a portfolio. Share the location, type of property and what you know about its available space and power. You can leave technical details to the assessment.
For building owners
A suitable room and available power may support an Azita installation. An assessment and your agreement determine suitability, responsibilities and payment.
Share a few details. We’ll help assess the space and explain what an installation would involve.
From assessment to operation
A building, an estate or a portfolio. Share the location, type of property and what you know about its available space and power. You can leave technical details to the assessment.
Azita assesses the room. RackQuilt, our internal design IP, assists our team in choosing an installation for the site’s power, cooling, access and physical constraints.
The design behind the fitOnce the agreement is in place, we install the rack and commission it. AzExchange then meters the output, with selling available if you choose it.
What gets installedWe assess the room, available power, cooling and access before proposing an installation.

Three routes
Hosting for others and an installation for your own work are different agreements. Pick the route closest to what you want; the form keeps your choice, and you can change it.
Host for others
Make a suitable room and available power part of an installation that supplies AI buyers. The site’s hosting agreement defines responsibilities and payments.
The hosting model example on this page illustrates this route only.
Use it all
Keep the full capacity of an installation for your business. Selling is optional.
An installation for your own work is a separate agreement from hosting. Funding, equipment ownership and responsibilities are confirmed in your agreement, and the hosting model example does not apply.
Sell the surplus
Use the capacity you need and discuss sale of surplus directly or through Azita.
This is also separate from hosting. Selling is optional, and the hosting model example does not apply.

Azita designs, installs, commissions, operates and meters. Everything else varies by arrangement and is confirmed in your agreement, including what a building owner or customer provides.
Site suitability
An office building, hotel, hospital, campus or industrial property can be a starting point. The assessment checks what the site can support.
The spare sanctioned load on your bills, the panel, and the route for a supply and a data connection.
Whether the room can reject the heat of an installation, through the building’s cooling or a unit of its own.
A room that locks, a way for equipment to arrive, and how service visits reach it.
Whether you want to host for others, use the capacity yourself or sell the surplus.

A guide to the standard pod assumptions, not a site approval. If you are unsure of an answer, choose “Not sure” and discuss the site with us.

Hosting model
An illustration of one hosting model, with its assumptions beside the result. The site assessment and your agreement establish the actual terms.
Indicative pods from your room and power inputs

2 × 10 kW pods, 28.8 kW at the meter of your 30 kW
Counted from your room count and available power only. Room size and cooling are context for the assessment; they do not confirm that equipment fits.
Illustrative model, not a site-specific offer or measured earnings. It applies to hosting for others; an installation for your own work, or selling its surplus, needs its own proposal.
No. Start with your property location and what you would like to do with the installation. Azita assesses the site and works through the technical requirements with you.
Yes. An installation for your own work is a separate agreement from hosting for others. You can keep the full capacity for your business, and selling any surplus is optional.
RackQuilt assists our team in designing the rack for your room. Token Mills handles installation and commissioning to make it live. AzExchange meters the output and supports optional selling of surplus.
We review available power, usable space, cooling, access, connectivity and permissions. The guide on this page is a starting point; an assessment determines what fits your actual site.
By the agreement for your site. The hosting model example on this page shows one structure with its assumptions stated. Your agreement sets out the payments that apply and how electricity is handled.
Yes. The estates page has an enquiry for a portfolio: tell us how many properties there are and where they are, and we can discuss them together.
