1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website of Azita Labs Private Limited, New Delhi (“Azita”) at azitalabs.com, including its pages, its downloadable documents and its interactive tools. By using the site you accept them. If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them for it.
2. The site is informational
Everything on this site describes what Azita is building and how it intends to sell it. It is not an offer, a quotation, a specification you can order from, or advice. Commitments are made only in signed agreements. No service level, no availability figure and no price on this site is a term of any contract, and the site deliberately publishes none of the first two.
3. The tools
The router, the comparator, Ask Azita and the room visualiser produce generated output. It may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not a statement by Azita. Do not rely on it for a decision; ask us, and a person will answer. The tools are rate-limited and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice. What you submit to them is handled as described in the privacy notice; do not submit personal, confidential or third-party data.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape the site at volume, probe it, or try to defeat its rate limits.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or content that is unlawful.
- Do not use the tools to produce material that infringes anyone's rights or misrepresents Azita.
- Do not present generated output as a statement or commitment by Azita.
5. Intellectual property
The site's text, images, renders, films and marks belong to Azita or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Documents on the sources page belong to their publishers and are cited under their own terms. RackQuilt, Token Mills and AzExchange are names of Azita's work and are not licensed by this site.
6. Third-party services
The site is served by Vercel, whose terms govern its part. No visitor input is sent to any third-party AI service. Links to other sites are provided for reference; Azita is not responsible for their content.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Azita makes no warranty about it and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How the site handles what you type, send and upload is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
Azita may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
