Existing buildings can offer rooms, power and connectivity that are not fully in use. Azita starts with that capacity and establishes what the room can support before designing the installation.
The opportunity is physical as well as commercial. A rack needs a suitable electrical connection, a way to reject heat, safe access and a workload it can serve. These belong in one design and delivery process.
RackQuilt connects the room to the design. Token Mills installs and commissions it. AzExchange measures the output, whether the capacity is used privately or surplus is offered for sale.

One machine, three parts
Design. Install. Meter.
Token Mills turns the design into working infrastructure. It covers the physical rack installation and commissioning in the building. The room, its services and the intended workload shape the installation; the handover brings those parts into live operation together.
AzExchange is Azita's metering layer. It measures the output of the capacity. You can use the full capacity for your own work and opt out of selling entirely. If you want to sell surplus, you can do so directly or through Azita. Metering supports that choice; it does not make selling a requirement.
All three parts are available today. Use the full capacity yourself, or choose to sell surplus directly or through Azita. Selling is optional. RackQuilt is internal to Azita; it is not a separate software product for purchase.

How we decide.
Your capacity. Your choice.
Use all the capacity for your own work, or choose to sell surplus directly or through Azita. The decision belongs to the customer, and the agreed use is reflected in the commercial terms.
Start with the actual room.
Power alone does not establish whether a rack fits. We work through the room's electrical, thermal and physical requirements before installation. RackQuilt supports that design work; Token Mills carries it into commissioning.
Agree the commitments.
Workload, data location, site responsibilities, pricing and operating terms are established for the engagement. A generic benchmark or calculator is not a substitute for the requirements of the actual job.
Tie claims to evidence.
Availability of the three parts does not establish a deployment count, benchmark or certification. Technical figures retain their source and modelled figures remain labelled. Certification claims require the relevant completed assessment.
Make both sides work.
Businesses need useful AI capacity. Building owners need a suitable installation and clear responsibilities. Both have a direct route to Azita, whether the conversation starts with a workload, one room or a property portfolio.
