Assess the room.
Start from the site assessment. The room and the work it needs to support set the design brief.
RackQuilt
RackQuilt is the design IP we use inside Azita to assist Token Mills. It helps us design an installation around the room’s real constraints, before equipment arrives.
What we assess
Each of these is assessed before we propose an installation.
The electrical capacity available to the room, how it connects, and the data connectivity the work will need.
How the room can reject heat, and whether it offers a workable air path.
Entry and handling, floor loading, service clearances and physical security.
The AI workloads it should run, whether you host for others, use the capacity yourself or sell the surplus, data location and access requirements, and operating and maintenance needs.
Conceptual room plan. Not to scale
A visual guide to assessment topics. This is not an installation drawing or an approved room layout.
Not-to-scale conceptual room plan marking a possible rack zone, access and service area, cooling assessment and electrical/data assessment topics. It provides no dimensions or installation instructions.
Conceptual plan. Not to scale
Consider the proposed equipment location and the constraints of the room.
Assess entry, handling and the space required for operation and maintenance.
Establish how the room can reject heat and what cooling arrangements are needed.
Assess available connections, capacity and the requirements of the deployment.
Internal design, practical output
Start from the site assessment. The room and the work it needs to support set the design brief.
Weigh what the room can support against what the work needs before any configuration is chosen.
RackQuilt assists our team in selecting and arranging the rack configuration within the site’s constraints. Design decisions connect the room’s capacity to the intended workloads.
Turn the selected configuration into a buildable plan for Token Mills, including the equipment layout, connections, site preparation and commissioning requirements.
