Scope
Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It answers these questions, so you can compare like with like before you decide.

| What am I buying? | Your proposal sets out what you are buying for your workload, on the Azita fleet or on an installation in your building. |
| What is the unit? | Your proposal defines the unit for your workload and how it is counted. |
| What is included? | Your proposal lists what applies, such as capacity, software, model access, integration, operations and support. |
| What is the commitment? | Your proposal states any minimum term, any minimum spend or capacity, and whether unused allocation expires. |
| What can change the bill? | Your proposal names anything that can change it, such as overage, bursts, storage or data movement. |
| What does a site require? | Only an installation in your building needs a site. Azita assesses the room first. Setup scope, ownership and funding, room work, power, cooling and connectivity are confirmed in your agreement. |
| What happens at the end? | Exit, renewal, removal and the service terms that apply are set out in your agreement. |
| How does optional selling work? | Selling is optional. If you choose it, the sale terms are agreed separately. |

These are your current costs, not an Azita quote. Currencies stay separate. Annual totals assume the same monthly spend for twelve months.

No. It adds up the current spend you enter. Azita’s proposal is based on your workload and deployment: the output you need, where it runs and your data boundaries.
Yes. Enter each line in its original currency. The table keeps rupee and dollar totals separate, so no assumed exchange rate changes your comparison.
Selling is optional. You can keep the full capacity for your own work, or discuss sale of surplus directly or through Azita. Any sale terms are agreed separately, and this table assumes no revenue or saving.
You can request a workload proposal without filling in the table. Start with the work you need to run and where it should run.
