Azita Labs Private Limited builds AI infrastructure around suitable rooms in existing buildings. RackQuilt is the company's internal room-specific rack design IP, used to support Token Mills. Token Mills handles the physical installation and commissioning that brings the rack into live operation. AzExchange, Azita's metering layer, measures the output. Customers can use all the capacity for their own work and opt out of selling. If they want to sell surplus, they can do so directly or through Azita. All three parts are available today. Azita serves AI buyers and building owners with equal priority, from individual sites to property portfolios. Registered in New Delhi, the company has a global ambition and an initial focus on Mumbai.

- Who it serves
- AI buyers and building owners have equal priority. Estate teams and application partners can bring portfolios and workloads into the conversation.
- Reference specification
- The Mill reference design is 10 kW IT, drawing 14.0 to 14.4 kW at the meter, with the room's cooling on the building's own circuit. It uses 415 V three-phase, twenty amps a phase, filtered air and zero water. These design figures do not establish measured performance at a particular site.
- The estate route
- Estate owners can coordinate multiple buildings through a portfolio discussion. Suitability and rack design remain specific to each room.
- Host terms
- Hosting arrangements are set out in the relevant contract. The published model includes a contracted annual floor plus a capped metered kicker, with power reimbursed at actuals. It is not a guaranteed result for every site.
- Standards and safety
- The installation follows the applicable site requirements and assessment process. Use certification-ready: no third-party scheme certifies a machine of this kind, and each site is inspected and filed under the regimes that apply. Product availability is not a certification claim.
- Evidence
- Published technical figures retain their sources. Modelled economics are labelled. No deployment count, uptime percentage, customer reference or measured benchmark should be inferred from product availability.
- Leadership
- Names and titles are published on the team page when confirmed. Request written confirmation for attribution.

No names are published yet. The company is built around four seats, power and real estate, hardware, compliance and software, and the leadership is to be announced. When names and backgrounds are confirmed they will appear on the team page, and the spellings and titles there are the ones to use.
Until then, attribute statements to Azita Labs. We will confirm any title in writing, and we will not confirm one before it is on that page.

Usage rules
Six rules. Break none of them and you will never hear from us about a logo.
- Use the files as supplied. Never redraw, stretch, rotate, recolour, outline or add effects.
- Clear space: keep at least the height of the wordmark's capital A clear on every side.
- Dark backgrounds take the reversed colourway; light backgrounds take the primary. Never place a light-background file on a dark ground.
- Minimum size: the mark 24 px tall on screen; the lockups 120 px wide. Below that, use the mark alone.
- Keep the supplied colours in the logo artwork. The website palette does not change the official logo files.
- The company is Azita Labs Private Limited; the product and the brand are Azita. Capital A, then lower case, in running text.
