Who we are
Azita Labs Private Limited, New Delhi, India (“Azita”, “we”). This notice covers the website at azitalabs.com. Customer workloads running on Azita infrastructure are governed by the relevant service and hosting agreements. A data-location commitment for those workloads is separate from the handling of a website enquiry.
What you send us
The enquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide your company, phone number, intended use and a message. Buyer enquiries can include the workload and preferred data location. Building-owner enquiries can include the building type, city and whether you are discussing one building or a portfolio. Other contact routes identify requests such as a survey, demonstration, compliance information, investor information or a press enquiry.
A submission includes its source page and any visible context you choose to keep, such as figures passed from a calculator. The new enquiry form lets you remove that context before sending. We add a reference and timestamp to help handle the request and identify retries.
Describe your needs in general terms. Please do not include patient records, client data, passwords or confidential workload files. This form is for an initial conversation, not for transferring material to run on the infrastructure.
How enquiries are used and delivered
Azita uses your submission to respond, understand the request and arrange the next step. Depending on the service configuration, the enquiry is saved in private storage, forwarded to an Azita notification destination, or both. Notification providers may include Telegram or a service connected to our enquiry system. These providers process the information needed to deliver or store the message.
A successful submission means a storage or delivery destination accepted the enquiry. It does not mean an appointment has been booked or a person has already read it. If the form cannot obtain an acknowledgement, it retains your details on the page and offers a retry or email option. Email opens your own mail application; your email provider's handling also applies when you send it.
The new enquiry form holds unsent details in page memory while you use it. It does not save those details to browser storage. Shareable calculator or contact links can contain context in their URL, which may appear in browser history or be visible to anyone you share the link with.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records can remain in Azita's configured private storage and in the notification or email services that receive them. The website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to those records. Retention also depends on the receiving service and any ongoing business relationship. Contact us to ask what is held, request correction or deletion, or discuss the retention of a particular enquiry.
Access to enquiries is intended for the Azita team handling them and the providers used to operate those services. This website does not sell enquiry data or contain advertising pixels.
Security and request information
The website validates submissions and limits repeated requests to reduce abuse. Its rate limiter uses a network address supplied with the request and keeps request counters in server memory. Application error logs record that a submission could not be accepted, without its name, email, message, credentials or destination address.
Hosting providers may separately process connection, request and security logs under their own service settings. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period for those provider logs.
Analytics and browser storage
The site includes Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and broad device and location information. Vercel describes its analytics as cookie-free, using a request-derived hash to distinguish visitors for a limited period. Read Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information for its current collection and visitor-identification details.
The enquiry form does not set cookies or store form details in local or session storage. Other website interactions may use temporary browser state to carry a navigation preference or tool context. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
Providers and processing locations
Hosting, analytics, enquiry storage, notifications and email can involve service providers. Processing locations depend on the providers and configuration used for those services; website enquiries do not carry the same location commitments as an agreed customer workload. Contact us if you need the current recipient and processing-location details before sending an enquiry.
Your requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or request deletion. Write to hello@azitalabs.com with the subject “Privacy request” and, if available, your enquiry reference. We may need enough information to identify the record and confirm that the request is yours. We will explain any information that needs to be retained under applicable requirements.
Children
This website is intended for organisations and the people who work in them. It is not designed for children.
