Indic voice agents and every-call quality review for collections and service floors, on the Azita fleet or on an installation in your building.

The job
A collections or service floor runs two shifts of AI work. By day, a caller hears a voice that speaks Hindi, Tamil or Telugu, calls inside the permitted window, and hands over to a person when the script says so. By night, the day's recordings are transcribed, summarised and scored for fair practice, script adherence and sentiment, so the compliance desk can read the whole day rather than a sample of it.
Service and collections conversations in the caller's own language: reminders, disputes, balance queries and promise-to-pay, with a handover to an agent when the conversation needs one.
Every recording from the day, not a sample: transcribed, summarised and tagged against your fair-practice rules and your script, with the exceptions set aside for the compliance desk to read first.
What runs
Open-weight models of the classes below, chosen for the job and pinned once they pass your own tests. No vendor names on this page: the model is chosen against your recordings, not a leaderboard.
How it is delivered
Both routes are scoped around the floor's work, and how your voice platform and telephony connect is set out in your proposal.
The work runs on capacity from Azita's installations, without hosting equipment on your campus. If a voice platform runs your floor today, how it connects to that capacity is scoped in the proposal.
Azita designs, installs, commissions and operates an installation in a room on your own campus, serving your floor, and meters the work.

Boundaries
A bank needs to say where its call data sits and who can reach it. Each of these is agreed in your proposal and set in your agreement before any work runs.
Evaluation
The evaluation runs on recordings and scripts you choose, and your compliance team decides whether the output is good enough.
Evaluation template. No measured results
Agree the workload, conditions and acceptance criteria before comparing a baseline with Azita.

Commercial basis
There is no price list on this page. Your proposal sets out what is quoted, the commitment and what is included.
Named in your proposal where they apply
Compare quality and total cost on your own workload before you decide.
Available to evaluate on your own workload. On the Azita fleet, or on an installation in your building.
Who it is for
The floor that suits this work is a busy one, in more than one language, under a regulator. It suits the platforms that run such floors, and the floors themselves.
Not your kind of work? See other workloads
That is part of the evaluation, not a promise. Real calls in your languages are judged against the response time you agree, and your floor supervisor listens in. If a conversation does not feel natural to the caller, nothing moves.
Where your agreement says. On an installation in your building, the recording, the transcript and the score are processed in your own room. On the Azita fleet, they are processed on Azita's installations. Where the work may run is set in your agreement before any work starts.
Not necessarily. If a platform runs your floor today, how it connects to Azita capacity is scoped with the workload and set out in your proposal, including any licence and integration work.
Transcripts, summaries and scores for the day's calls against your fair-practice rules and your script, with the exceptions set aside. What is reviewed, and when it is ready, is agreed in the evaluation.
Proposal based on your workload and deployment. There is no price list on this page. We agree a representative job and the acceptance criteria, then set out what is included, the commitment and the total cost next to what you run today, before you decide.
Where the data sits, who can reach it, and how you show both. The answers are set in your agreement: the processing location, the access list, the model versions and the retention terms. Which certifications apply to your deployment, and their status, are set out in your proposal.
