Every call needs a transcript, a summary and a score.

You run customer calls through an AI pipeline for transcription, summaries and quality scoring, across the languages your agents speak. The scores have to agree with your quality team, and client contracts restrict where recordings may be processed. Every step runs on a large general model, even simple routing and extraction, and model changes arrive on someone else's schedule.

What you bring
Call recordings you choose, with the quality criteria your team scores against.
What comes back
Transcripts, summaries and scores against your agreed quality criteria, with exceptions for your quality team.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A contact centre

It scores a sample of calls by hand and wants every call checked. An evaluation could take a day of recordings, score them against the centre's own criteria, and let the quality team compare the scores with their own and the total cost.

An example workflow

An outsourced quality scoring team

Summaries and scores go to clients who audit them. An evaluation could run recordings the team selects, agree the scoring rubric with the client, and compare accuracy and turnaround with the current pipeline.

An example workflow

A financial services BPO

Bank clients restrict where call recordings may be processed. An evaluation could run a sample where the bank's rules allow, in the Indian languages the floor uses, and set the compliance team's review next to the total cost.

Your evals decide.

Your evals are the bar

Every step is judged against your quality team's scoring. A step that does not pass stays where it is.

Scored in your agents' languages

Transcripts and scores are checked in the languages your agents speak, against the rubric your quality team already uses.

Quality and total cost, compared

Transcription, summaries and scoring compared as one job, next to what you pay today, before you switch.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the scores match our quality team's?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your quality team compares the scores on recordings you choose with their own. If they do not agree closely enough, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Share a sample of call recordings and the rubric your quality team scores against. We agree the pass criteria, produce the transcripts, summaries and scores, and set out accuracy, turnaround and total cost side by side.

What changes in our workflow?+

Very little. Recordings flow in the way they do today, and your quality team keeps the final say on every exception.

Where do our call recordings go?+

On the Azita fleet, or on an installation in your own building. Where your call recordings are processed, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal before any work starts.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

What are the contract and exit terms?+

Term, what is included, exit and data handling at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
