Does patient data leave our clinic?
On an installation in your own clinic, the work runs in a room of that building. On the Azita fleet, it runs in a building named in your agreement. Where the work may run is set in your agreement before any work starts.
What is in the compliance pack?
How location, access and custody are set out for an Azita deployment, written for your auditors to review. Ask for it before you release any patient data.
How do we judge quality on our own consultations?
Your doctors grade the output on consultations you choose to release, against criteria they set. If it does not meet them, nothing changes.
Does the evaluation require moving patient data out?
The cases, where they are processed and how they are handled are agreed before the evaluation starts. You choose what to release.
How is it priced?
Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list. An installation in your own building is its own agreement, separate from hosting capacity for others.
What happens when the contract ends?
Exit, removal and how patient data is handled at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
