Solutions/Agencies and studios/Ad film production

Your ad films, judged on one you finished.

The storyboard frames, previs, grades and cutdowns you already pay tools for, evaluated on a finished ad film. Your directors judge the work, and your finance team the total cost.

Pitch fast, then finish in every format.

Pitching a TVC means boards and previs before the client has said yes. Finishing a digital film means cutdowns and format changes for every platform it runs on. That work is spread across separate tools, and the NDAs on unreleased brand films limit which of them your teams may use. So directors try fewer ideas than the film deserves.

What you bring
A finished ad film: the script, the storyboard and the master edit.
What comes back
Storyboard frames, previs clips, grades and format cutdowns for your director to compare with the finished film.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A production house

Pitching a commercial means boards and previs in a matter of days. An evaluation could take the script and boards of one finished commercial, generate the previs, and let the director compare the frames and the total cost with the pitch tools used today.

An example workflow

An edit suite

Every master becomes a set of cutdowns and format changes for digital. An evaluation could take one delivered master, produce the cutdowns in each format, and compare the edit quality, turnaround and total cost.

An example workflow

A boutique ad director

Unreleased brand films sit under strict NDAs. An evaluation could run one finished film's grade and clean-up passes where the NDA allows, and set the colourist's judgement next to the total cost.

One pipeline, judged against your clients' standards.

Judged by your directors

The evaluation works on a film you already finished, and your directors decide whether the frames and cuts pass.

Every delivery format checked

Each cutdown is reviewed against the formats your platforms need, not only the hero edit.

Quality and total cost, compared

Pitch and finishing work compared as one job, next to the tools you use today.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the output pass our commercial directors?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your directors review the boards, previs and cutdowns from one finished film against the criteria they set. If the work does not pass, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Bring one finished ad film, with its script and boards, and what the tools on that job cost today. We agree the acceptance criteria and the turnaround, produce the boards, previs and cutdowns, and set out the output and total cost side by side.

What changes for our post production workflow?+

Very little. Your editors and colourists keep their suites and their process. Boards, previs and cutdowns come from one pipeline instead of separate tools.

Our brand clients have strict NDAs. Where does the footage go?+

Where the work runs, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal, clause by clause, before any client work starts. For accounts that require it, the work can run on an installation in your own building. The Trust page sets out custody and residency by side.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

What are the terms for an installation in our building?+

An installation in your building is its own agreement. Term, responsibilities, exit and removal are set out in it before you sign.
