Your policies keep customer data where you control it.

Your data localisation and outsourcing policies keep customer transaction data and KYC files where you control them. When internal audit asks for proof of residency, public cloud tools stall. Vendor risk reviews do not clear the data flow, so branch operations wait for automation that compliance can approve.

What you bring
KYC files, loan documents or fraud alerts you choose to release, with your compliance team's checks.
What comes back
Extracted fields, verification results and flagged exceptions for your compliance and risk teams to review.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A regional bank

Loan documents and KYC files are checked by hand before approval. An evaluation could run files the compliance team selects, on an installation in the bank's own premises or wherever its rules allow, and compare the checks and the total cost.

An example workflow

A private wealth team

Portfolio and transaction reviews look for anomalies in high-value accounts. An evaluation could run anonymised cases the team selects and let its analysts judge the flags before anything changes.

An example workflow

A core banking operations team

Customer queries and fraud alerts queue for review every day. An evaluation could replay a sample of resolved alerts and compare the triage, turnaround and total cost with the current software.

Custody you can walk to. With the pack your auditors ask for.

You choose what to release

Your compliance team selects the KYC files, loan documents or alerts that take part, and how samples are handled is agreed before the evaluation starts.

The pack comes first

Ask for the compliance pack to see how location, access and custody are set out, before you release any customer data.

Your risk teams decide

Your compliance and risk teams grade the output on cases you choose. If it does not meet their criteria, nothing changes.

Where it runs, and what is agreed.

Capacity from the Azita fleet

Run your workload on capacity from Azita’s installations. Scope the workload and data requirements.

An installation in your building

Scope the room and workload together. Azita designs, installs and commissions the deployment.

Where the work runs, which models are used, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal before any work starts. For how location, access and custody are set out, ask for the compliance pack.

Compare quality and total cost on your own workload.

Agree a representative job and the acceptance criteria. Compare the output, turnaround, data requirements and total cost before deciding.

  1. Read the pack firstHow location, access and custody are set out for an Azita deployment, before you release anything.
  2. Agree the casesCases you choose to release, and the review criteria your compliance and risk teams set.
  3. Compare, then decideYour compliance and risk teams compare the output and total cost. The agreement sets responsibilities, access and exit before any installation.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Straight answers.

Does customer data leave our premises?+

On an installation in your own building, the work runs in a room of that building. On the Azita fleet, it runs in a building named in your agreement. Where the work may run is set in your agreement before any work starts.

What is in the compliance pack?+

How location, access and custody are set out for an Azita deployment, written for your auditors to review. Ask for it before you release any customer data.

How do we judge quality on our own cases?+

Your compliance and risk teams grade the output on cases you choose to release, against criteria they set. If it does not meet them, nothing changes.

Does the evaluation require moving customer data out?+

The cases, where they are processed and how they are handled are agreed before the evaluation starts. You choose what to release.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list. An installation in your own building is its own agreement, separate from hosting capacity for others.

What happens when the contract ends?+

Exit, removal and how customer data is handled at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
