Your claims AI, on premises you can name.

Claim document extraction, surveyor report summaries and fraud checks, evaluated on claims you choose, with where the work runs agreed first.

Your policies keep claim files where you control them.

Your compliance policies keep claim files, health records and KYC documents where you control them. Sending surveyor reports or policyholder data to external tools fails your vendor risk review. So claims and underwriting stay manual, or shadow IT quietly holds data your policy keeps on the premises, while the claims queue grows.

What you bring
Claim files you choose to release: policy documents, surveyor reports and health records.
What comes back
Extracted fields, report summaries and fraud flags for your claims and underwriting teams to review.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A health insurer

Hospital bills and discharge summaries are checked against the policy on every claim. An evaluation could run claims the team selects and compare the extraction and flags with the assessors' decisions, and the total cost.

An example workflow

A motor claims TPA

Surveyor reports and photos are summarised before approval. An evaluation could summarise a sample of settled claims and let the claims managers judge accuracy and turnaround.

An example workflow

A life insurance underwriter

Medical reports are reviewed before policies are issued. An evaluation could run anonymised cases where IRDAI rules and the insurer's policy allow, and set the underwriters' review next to the total cost.

Custody you can walk to. With the pack your auditors ask for.

You choose the claims

Your claims team selects which claim files take part, and how samples are handled is agreed before the evaluation starts.

The pack comes first

Ask for the compliance pack to see how location, access and custody are set out, before you release any policyholder data.

Your claims teams decide

Your claims and underwriting teams grade the output on claims you choose. If it does not meet their criteria, nothing changes.

Where it runs, and what is agreed.

Capacity from the Azita fleet

An installation in your building

Scope the room and workload together. Azita designs, installs and commissions the deployment.

Where the work runs, which models are used, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal before any work starts. For how location, access and custody are set out, ask for the compliance pack.

Compare quality and total cost on your own workload.

Agree a representative job and the acceptance criteria. Compare the output, turnaround, data requirements and total cost before deciding.

  1. Read the pack firstHow location, access and custody are set out for an Azita deployment, before you release anything.
  2. Agree the casesClaims you choose to release, and the review criteria your claims and underwriting teams set.
  3. Compare, then decideYour claims and underwriting teams compare the output and total cost. The agreement sets responsibilities, access and exit before any installation.

Straight answers.

Does the policyholder data leave our premises?+

On an installation in your own building, the work runs in a room of that building. On the Azita fleet, it runs in a building named in your agreement. Where the work may run is set in your agreement before any work starts.

What is in the compliance pack?+

How location, access and custody are set out for an Azita deployment, written for your auditors to review. Ask for it before you release any policyholder data.

How do we judge quality on our own claims?+

Your claims and underwriting teams grade the output on claims you choose to release, against criteria they set. If it does not meet them, nothing changes.

Does the evaluation require moving policyholder data out?+

The cases, where they are processed and how they are handled are agreed before the evaluation starts. You choose what to release.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list. An installation in your own building is its own agreement, separate from hosting capacity for others.

What happens when the contract ends?+

Exit, removal and how policyholder data is handled at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
