Your identity work, judged on a project you delivered.

The moodboards, packaging mockups and identity concepts you already pay tools for, evaluated on a delivered project. Your creative directors judge the work.

Every pitch asks for more directions, sooner.

Your team builds brand guidelines, packaging concepts and visual identities, and every pitch asks for more directions before the client meeting. The work is spread across tools each team uses differently, and client MSAs make it hard to put unreleased brand work into public tools. Consistency is the first thing to slip when the deadline tightens.

What you bring
A delivered brand project: the brief, the guidelines and the approved concepts.
What comes back
Moodboards, packaging mockups and concept variations for your creative directors to compare with the approved work.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A boutique studio

Pitches need many moodboards and early identity routes in a short window. An evaluation could take the brief of one finished pitch, generate the moodboards and routes, and let the creative director compare them and the total cost with today's tools.

An example workflow

A packaging agency

Every range needs mockups on many pack shapes before print. An evaluation could take one delivered range, produce the mockups to its guidelines, and compare fidelity and total cost with the current subscriptions.

An example workflow

A rebrand team

Unreleased identities sit under strict client clauses. An evaluation could run one finished rebrand's concept variations where the client contract allows, and set the design lead's judgement next to the total cost.

One pipeline, judged against your clients' standards.

Judged by your creative directors

The evaluation works on a project you already delivered, and your creative directors decide whether the concepts pass.

Held to the guidelines

Every concept is reviewed against the brand guidelines you delivered, so directions that drift off brand are caught in the evaluation.

Quality and total cost, compared

Moodboards, mockups and concepts compared as one job, next to the subscriptions your teams pay for today.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the work pass our creative directors?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your creative directors review the moodboards, mockups and concepts from one delivered project against the criteria they set. If the work does not pass, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Bring one brand project you already delivered, with its guidelines, and what the tools on that job cost today. We agree the acceptance criteria and the turnaround, produce the moodboards, mockups and concepts, and set out the output and total cost side by side.

What changes for our design teams?+

Very little. Briefs go in the way they do today, and your designers keep the final say on every concept.

Our client MSAs have strict unreleased brand clauses. Can you meet them?+

Where the work runs, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal, clause by clause, before any client work starts. For accounts that require it, the work can run on an installation in your own building. The Trust page sets out custody and residency by side.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

What does the contract look like?+

Term, what is included, exit and data handling at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
