Every launch shows the project before it is built.

Builders want the homes shown before the slab is cast: staged interiors, floor plan renders and walkthroughs for every tower and every channel partner. The visuals have to match the approved plans, and developer MSAs limit which public tools your teams may use. So the launch date puts pressure on accuracy.

What you bring
A launch you already ran: floor plans, site photos and the approved brochure visuals.
What comes back
Staged interiors, floor plan renders and walkthrough cuts for your creative leads to compare with the approved set.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A property agency

Every project launch needs staged interiors for each unit type. An evaluation could take one past launch's plans and photos, produce the staged set, and let the creative lead compare it and the total cost with the current tools.

An example workflow

A site video team

Walkthroughs are recut for every channel partner and platform. An evaluation could take one delivered walkthrough, produce the recuts, and compare edit quality, turnaround and total cost.

An example workflow

A channel partner studio

Developer MSAs restrict where unreleased project visuals can go. An evaluation could run one finished launch's renders where the developer's contract allows, and set the studio's review next to the total cost.

One pipeline, judged against your clients' standards.

Judged by your creative leads

The evaluation works on a launch you already ran, and your creative leads decide whether the visuals pass.

True to the approved plans

Staged interiors and walkthroughs are checked against the approved floor plans and the developer's brand before any channel partner sees them.

Quality and total cost, compared

Staging, renders and walkthroughs compared as one job, next to the cloud tools your teams pay for today.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the renders pass our creative directors?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your creative leads review the staged interiors, renders and walkthroughs from one past launch against the criteria they set. If the work does not pass, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Bring one launch you already ran, with its plans and photos, and what the tools on that job cost today. We agree the acceptance criteria and the turnaround, produce the staged interiors, renders and walkthroughs, and set out the output and total cost side by side.

What changes for our staging teams?+

Very little. Your teams keep their plans and approvals. Visuals come back for review before any partner sees them.

Our builder MSAs have strict security clauses. Can you meet them?+

Where the work runs, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal, clause by clause, before any client work starts. For accounts that require it, the work can run on an installation in your own building. The Trust page sets out custody and residency by side.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

What happens if a developer leaves?+

Term, exit and what happens to that developer's assets at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
