Your brand accounts, judged on a finished campaign.

The creatives, captions and reels you already produce for brand accounts, evaluated on a finished campaign before you move a single client.

Every brand wants more posts, faster.

You run content calendars and community management for many brands. Each wants creatives, captions and reels in its own voice, turned around faster as engagement demands it. Your teams move between tools for every step, and client MSAs make it hard to use public platforms for unreleased campaigns. Brand consistency is the first thing to slip.

What you bring
A finished campaign: the content calendar, the brief and the posts the client approved.
What comes back
Creatives, captions and reel edits for your account leads to compare with the approved posts.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A mid-sized agency

It runs content calendars for many brands and produces creatives and captions every week. An evaluation could take one finished campaign, produce the asset set to each brand's guidelines, and let the account lead compare the work and the total cost.

An example workflow

A community management team

Replies, captions and short posts must sound like each brand. An evaluation could take a month of approved captions for one account, draft the next set, and compare how they pass brand review and what they would cost.

An example workflow

A boutique social media studio

Reels for small brands are edited to a tight weekly schedule. An evaluation could take one week of posted reels, produce the edits and captions, and set the creative lead's judgement next to the total cost.

One pipeline, judged against your clients' standards.

Judged by your creative leads

The evaluation rebuilds a campaign you already delivered, and your creative directors decide whether the work passes.

Each brand in its own voice

Creatives and captions are reviewed against each brand's guidelines, so accounts do not blur into one house style.

Quality and total cost, compared

The creative work compared as one job, next to the tools your teams use today, before any client moves.

Where the work runs, which models are used, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal before any work starts. The Trust page sets out custody and residency by side.

Compare quality and total cost on your own workload.

Agree a representative job and the acceptance criteria. Compare the output, turnaround, data requirements and total cost before deciding.

  2. Agree the acceptance criteriaYour creative directors set what passes: each brand's guidelines, the formats you post and the turnaround clients expect.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the creatives pass our creative directors?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your creative directors review the creatives, captions and reels from one finished campaign against the criteria they set. If the work does not pass, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Bring one finished campaign, with its content calendar, and what the tools on that job cost today. We agree the acceptance criteria and the turnaround, produce the creatives, captions and reels, and set out the output and total cost side by side.

What changes for our social media managers?+

Very little. Briefs and calendars go in the way they do today, and your managers keep the final say on every post.

Where does our client data go?+

On the Azita fleet, or on an installation in your own studio. Where your client assets are processed, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal before any work starts.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

Are we locked into a long contract?+

Term, exit and what happens to your client assets at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
