Every launch needs the story told many ways.

A launch is one story told many ways: a pitch for each journalist, a briefing for each spokesperson, a summary of the coverage as it lands. Your teams draft it across several tools, and when a story breaks the summaries have to be accurate before the next news cycle. Client MSAs carry content-security clauses written before these tools existed, and unreleased announcements sit in tools that fail them.

What you bring
A launch you already ran: the announcement, the media list and the coverage it earned.
What comes back
Tailored pitches, spokesperson briefings and coverage summaries for your account leads to review.

What an evaluation could look like.

An example workflow

A corporate comms team

Each announcement needs a pitch for every journalist and a briefing for every spokesperson. An evaluation could take one past launch, draft the pitches and briefings, and let the account lead compare them with what went out and what the work would cost.

An example workflow

A crisis comms agency

Monitoring summaries must be accurate and fast when a story breaks. An evaluation could take the coverage from one past crisis, produce the summaries, and compare accuracy, turnaround and total cost with today's tools.

An example workflow

A public relations firm

Unreleased announcements sit under client content-security clauses. An evaluation could run one finished launch's drafting where the client contract allows, and set the team's review next to the total cost.

One pipeline, judged against your clients' standards.

Judged by your account leads

The evaluation works on a launch you already ran, and your account leads decide whether the drafts are ready to send.

Accurate before it is sent

Pitches, briefings and summaries are checked for factual accuracy and the client's messaging before any draft reaches a journalist.

Quality and total cost, compared

Drafting and monitoring compared as one job, next to the tools you use today.

Where it runs, and what is agreed.

Proposal based on your workload and deployment.

There is no price list. Your proposal states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included. Human review, software licences and integration are listed wherever they apply.

Add what you pay for today. It travels with your enquiry as a note, so the comparison starts from the same work.

Straight answers.

Will the work pass our account leads?+

That is what the evaluation decides. Your account leads review the pitches, briefings and summaries from one past launch against the criteria they set. If the work does not pass, nothing moves.

How does an evaluation work?+

Bring one launch you already ran, with its media list, and what the tools on that job cost today. We agree the acceptance criteria and the turnaround, produce the pitches, briefings and summaries, and set out the output and total cost side by side.

What changes for our media relations teams?+

Very little. Your teams keep their relationships and their approvals. Drafts and summaries arrive for review before anything is sent.

Our client MSAs have content-security clauses. Can you meet them?+

Where the work runs, who has access and how long anything is kept are agreed in your proposal, clause by clause, before any client work starts. For accounts that require it, the work can run on an installation in your own building. The Trust page sets out custody and residency by side.

How is it priced?+

Proposal based on your workload and deployment. It states what is being quoted, the commitment and what is included, and lists human review, software licences and integration wherever they apply. There is no price list.

What does the contract look like?+

Term, what is included, exit and data handling at the end are set out in your agreement before you sign.
