A campus is sanctioned for every classroom AC, every lab and the auditorium together, and draws that hard on a hot exam morning. After the last bell and through the vacation the margin is wide. One locked room on it may support an installation. An assessment and your agreement determine suitability, responsibilities and payment.
For schools and colleges

The connection was sized for the day every AC classroom, every computer lab and the auditorium run together. From the last bell the draw falls to the hostel and the lights; through the summer vacation it falls to nearly nothing. The fixed charges for the whole sanctioned figure arrive in May like any other month, out of fees.
Where the room usually is
The old computer lab annex, a store in the workshop or services block, a room beside the admin block panel, or a ground-floor store next to the meter room. It has to be away from teaching corridors and playgrounds, lock properly, and be on the institution's own connection; the assessment confirms all three with the administrator.
What the load does
Sanctioned for every AC classroom, lab and the auditorium together, and drawn that hard on a hot exam morning. From the last bell the draw falls to the hostel and the lights; through the vacation it falls further. The spare is the sanctioned figure on the bill minus the twelve-month peak, and the assessment reads the bills against the academic calendar.

Access for installation and service is planned with the administrator around the academic calendar.

- The metering point and the sanctioned figure against the peak-term demand on the bills
- Panel headroom at the admin or services block panel for the tie-in an installation needs
- Cooling on the room, sized for the installation, since a store with no unit cannot reject the heat
- Fire NOC currency for the building, and where the room sits in the evacuation plan
- Distance from classrooms and playgrounds, a door that locks, and service visits scheduled outside school hours

Can the college use the capacity for teaching or research?
Yes, as a separate route. An installation for the institution's own AI work is a different agreement from hosting for others, and the form keeps the route you choose.
Will it be noisy near classrooms?
It sits in a locked room in the services or admin block and gives its heat to the room's cooling. Whether the sound at the door is acceptable is checked in the room, with the administrator standing there, before anything is signed.
